"I use it almost everyday (actually, I use it everyday!).  I have re-focused my drumming completely based on the writings in your book!  Pretty amazing huh??  I now focus on training, instead of practicing, much more productive and I am actually now really moving forward.  It is not that I wasn't before, this is just more focused and I am really seeing results.  I have focused heavily on the technique section, working with the mirror and my practice pad, working on my stick lines.  I am getting it!  My speed and accuracy on all elements of the kit is better now than ever.  I rehearsed last night with one of my rehearsal bands and several of the guys just shook their head and said that I was "On Fire"...!!! To me, just ONE important insight or approach is more than worth the price of a lesson or a book. It would be something I could latch onto and use for the rest of my life! It might affect everything else that followed!
